# April 30 : Collect Visitor Details Automatically (Lead Capture) and New modal whatsApp

## New Features & Improvements:

### 1. Collect Visitor Details Automatically (Lead Capture)

What it means for you:

1\. When a visitor opens the chat on your website, a small form can now appear asking for their name and phone number.

2\. Their details are saved automatically as a Gallabox contact — no manual work needed on your end.

3\. You can choose when this form appears: immediately when the chat opens, or after 1, 2, or 3 AI replies — so you catch leads at the right moment.

4\. You can also turn on “Forced Capture” so visitors can’t skip the form without filling it in, ensuring no lead is missed.

5\. Visitors also have the option to “Continue on WhatsApp” — letting them move the conversation to WhatsApp with a single tap.

### 2. New AI Model Added for WhatsApp & Instagram

What it means for you:

1\. A new, faster AI model called “Grok 4.1” is now available for your WhatsApp and Instagram AI Agents.

2\. You can select this model when setting up or editing your AI Agent to potentially get quicker and more accurate replies to your customers.

### 3. Date Filter Now Updates All Stats at Once (CTX)

What it means for you:

1\. When you look at your CTX (Analytics) reports, there is now a single date picker at the top.

2\. Changing the date range will now update both the Summary stats and the Ads table at the same time.

3\. Previously, these had separate date filters, which could show mismatched numbers. That confusion is now gone.
