# 25 April: Onboarding Upgrades, HubSpot Logs & Notifications improvements

### ⚙️ Improvements

#### Instant Upgrade Option for Starter Plan in Free Trial

Users in the **Free Trial** journey can now **instantly upgrade** to the **Starter Plan** with the option to choose **quarterly or yearly billing**. Customers can begin their free trial journey with either the **Growth** or **Scale** plans.

#### HubSpot Integration: Incoming Message Notifications

**Incoming WhatsApp messages** can now trigger **notifications in HubSpot** when:

* The **webhook is correctly configured** in Gallabox.
* The **notification toggle** is enabled from the Gallabox interface.
* The **Webhook URL** is mandatory for this feature to function.

> **Limitations:**
>
> * If the toggle is turned **off during an active conversation**, re-enabling it will **not** trigger notifications for that same conversation.
> * Notifications will only resume **after the conversation is resolved and a new one begins**.
> * The toggle applies to **all channels** in the account.

#### Log Resolved Conversations in HubSpot as Contact Notes

When the **‘Log Resolved Conversations’** toggle is enabled:

* **Resolved WhatsApp conversations** will be logged as **notes** under the associated HubSpot contact.
* If a conversation is **reopened**, only **new messages** (post previous sync) will be logged as a new note.
* If the toggle is disabled, or if there is **no matching contact** in HubSpot, the logs will **not be created**.
