AI Bot Flow has been renamed to AI Agents in the flow creation process

When you click on Bot, you will see the option Add New Flow on the right side. In this section, you can now choose AI Agent instead of AI Bot Flow. After selecting AI agents, there are few templates from which the users can select and the role, goal and instructions will be prefilled based on the template they select wNiHAFa8Ho9mwAAAABJRU5ErkJggg== After selecting AI Agents, users can now choose from a set of predefined templates. Each template comes with prefilled role, goal, and instruction fields, making it easier to set up AI Agents quickly and efficiently.

The following UI label changes have been implemented for better clarity:

  • Home has been renamed to Instructions.

  • Files has been renamed to Knowledge.

Allow updating sub-accounts' billing address

Previously, sub-account users could not update the billing address displayed on their message credit invoices. With this update, sub-account users can now manage and update their billing address directly from their own login by navigating to: Profile → Subscription → View Billing Info.

Payment Method Management Relocated for Easier Access

The payment method management functionality has been relocated from the “Manage Billing and Subscription” portal to the main Plan & Subscription page under 'View Invoices'. This update makes payment options easily accessible alongside other billing-related actions for improved usability.

Enhancements to Pipedrive Bot Connector

  • All Lead and Deal fields, including custom fields, are now available in the Bot Connector dropdown.

  • The Lead Owner field is displayed for both Leads and Deals modules.

  • The Stage selection option is now displayed only after the corresponding Pipedrive field is selected, ensuring accurate mapping.

Video Template Compatibility Alert for Android Devices

While adding a video as header while creating a template ( Settings -> WhatsApp Template , we identified an issue where certain video templates in MP4 format may not play on specific Android devices due to unsupported metadata in the video file.

What’s New: To address this, we have introduced an alert mechanism. When a video is uploaded in a template, users will now receive an alert message with a link to convert the video format for better compatibility: https://cloudconvert.com/mp4-converter
