 **Gallabox is Now an Omnichannel Platform with Instagram DM Support**

We are pleased to announce a significant update that brings Gallabox closer to delivering a true omnichannel experience. With this release, Instagram Direct Messages (DMs) are now officially supported alongside WhatsApp and Web Chat, all within a single unified inbox.<br>

**What’s New**:

* **Unified Inbox**: Manage conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and Web Chat seamlessly in one interface.
* **Multi-Channel Messaging**: All messages are clearly identified by their respective platform, making it easy to track and respond.
* **Assignment Feature**: Instagram DMs can now be assigned to users or teams, just like WhatsApp and Web Chat conversations.
* **Custom Views and Filters**: Create saved views and filters specifically for Instagram DMs for better organization and workflow efficiency.

This enhancement empowers your team to deliver consistent, efficient, and personalized engagement across multiple platforms without switching tools.

To configure the Instagram channel, navigate to:

Settings → Instagram Channel → Connect Instagram.

Follow the prompts to complete the integration and enable Instagram Direct Messaging within your Gallabox account.
