#### **Industry-Specific WhatsApp Templates**

We have updated our WhatsApp Template Library adding more WhatsApp Templates for Industries and specific use-cases.

#### **Deleting canned response**

Users cannot delete a canned response if it is used in any automation. First, remove it from all active automations, then it can be deleted.
