#### **Pipedrive Widget** 

The Gallabox Conversation Widget will be integrated into Pipedrive's Contact Module, allowing users to interact with their contacts directly. They can send predefined templates, personalized messages, and media files (e.g., images, videos, or documents) within the Pipedrive platform.

### ⚙️ Improvements

#### **CTWA Export Excel**

When exporting CTWA leads, the "Source Content" header will be included in the CTWA Export Excel, which will also display fields such as Ad content, Source, Source URL, Source ID, CLID, contact name, and phone.
