# 02 January: Team Creation and Management for Shared Team Inbox

#### **Team Creation & Management for Inbox** 

The conversation module now permits direct assignment of conversations to specific teams, selectable via a drop-down menu. 

When creating a Team, a channel and color code are required, with an assignment logic.  Once mapped to a team, a channel appears in the conversation assignment options.

 For instance, if the ‘Marketing team’ is linked to ‘Channel 1’, it can be selected in the drop-down. Conversation assignment follows the assigned logic.
