# January 29 : Easier Way to Create and Manage AI Agents and Simpler Two-Factor Authentication Setup

### New Features & Improvements <a href="#mign0n7qslsy" id="mign0n7qslsy"></a>

#### 1. Easier Way to Create and Manage AI Agents <a href="#y5lo8lyfhp66" id="y5lo8lyfhp66"></a>

What’s new?\
We’ve introduced a single screen where you can view and manage all AI agents and bots in one place.

What this means for you?

● You can see chat AI agents, voice AI agents, and rule-based bots in one table.

● It’s easier to manage and organize all your automation tools.

Creating an AI agent is now simpler:\
When creating a new AI chat agent for WhatsApp or Instagram:

1. Select your industry.
2. Choose the use case (for example: customer support, lead generation, etc.).
3. The system will automatically suggest a ready-to-use agent name and setup.

This makes the setup faster and easier, especially for new users.

Instagram channel support added\
You can now also configure Instagram channels when creating AI agents.

#### 2. Simpler Two-Factor Authentication Setup <a href="#ifpcwte3tlev" id="ifpcwte3tlev"></a>

What’s changed?\
Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) is now easier.

Before:\
Users had to enable Email Authentication first, and then enable TOTP authentication, which added an extra step.

Now:\
You can directly choose either option:

● Email Authentication, or

● TOTP authentication (using an authenticator app)

This makes the account security setup quicker and more flexible.
