In the bot-builder, Gallabox has created a new flow type and enhanced the usability. There are three types of Flow now –
Order based
Message based
WhatsApp flow based (new)

Segments can be created using contact filters and are dynamic, applying to both new and existing contacts. When a segment is created in the broadcast module, it will also appear in the Segment section of the Contact module, and vice versa. Previously, creating a segment in the broadcast module involved additional steps, but now users can create segments directly under contacts.
Previously, user restrictions were limited to certain areas. Now, if a user is restricted from a channel, they will not be able to view any conversations, broadcasts, sequences, templates, or channel settings from that channel.
For example, if a user is only added to the Marketing channel, we can restrict their access to other channels they are not part of. Thus, only the Marketing channel will be enabled, while other channels will be disabled for that user.
In the conversation tab, The AI rewrite feature which can be seen in the compose box will be enabled only after inputting a minimum of three words.
A New Webhook is added in the Message -> Message Send. If any message is sent from the Gallabox, this webhook will be triggered.
