# 03 July: WhatsApp Template and Broadcast Improvements

### ⚙️ Improvements

#### **Broadcast: Action Date and Time Stamps**

Added new columns in the **Broadcast details** table to display the exact **date and time** of each message action. This enhancement gives users managing campaigns or customer support **complete delivery visibility**, helping them analyze performance and identify drop-offs more effectively.

#### **WhatsApp Template Creation: Custom Utility Category Alerts**

Implemented **pre-emptive alerts** for templates categorized as **Custom Utility** during creation.

Two types of warnings are now shown to improve clarity about Meta’s possible category changes:

* **Before Submission**: Alerts users that Meta may reclassify the template upon review.

* **After Submission / Approval**: Informs users that Meta may reclassify the approved template at any time.

These changes promote transparency and help avoid unexpected pricing due to automatic category reclassification.

#### **User Management: Restrict Last Owner Deletion or Role Change**

Strengthened validation to **prevent deleting or downgrading the last Owner role** in an account. This ensures every account always maintains at least one active Owner for secure administration.
