MM Lite is an AI-enhanced, performance-optimized version of the WhatsApp Cloud API, tailored exclusively for marketing messages. It improves delivery efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and campaign insights

· Customers can now enable MM Lite for Dialog 360 channels.

· After sending the request to Meta for MM Lite activation, the status will display as “MM Lite Pending” until the request is processed.

· Once Meta approves the request, the status will automatically update to “MM Lite Enabled.”

• Go to Settings → Integrations → Zoho CRM.

• Connect your Zoho account and configure the fields you want to display.

• Once enabled, open any conversation in Gallabox. If the contact exists in Zoho CRM, their details will appear in the panel automatically.

• A new app has been added to the Integration list, designed to fetch Lead details from Zoho CRM and display them within the Gallabox conversation panel.

• The integration automatically uses the contact’s phone number from the ongoing chat to identify and fetch the matching lead from Zoho CRM.

• The retrieved details are displayed in an easy-to-read panel alongside your conversation for quick reference.

• Field visibility can be customized through the configuration screen to display only the most relevant information.

• The panel will continue showing data even after a lead is converted into a deal, ensuring uninterrupted context during conversations.

This feature eliminates the need to switch between platforms while chatting with customers. Agents can view critical lead details—such as name, stage, owner, and any custom fields—without leaving Gallabox, improving response time and personalization.
