# 16 May: MM Lite API Integration & CleverTap Click Tracking

### ✨ New

1. **ViaSocket Integration Added**\
   ViaSocket is now available under the Integrations section. Clicking it navigates users to **ViaSocket’s official setup page**.

2. **KONDESK Integration Added**\
   KONDESK has also been added to the Integration list. Users will be redirected to **KONDESK’s official setup page**.

### ⚙️ Improvements

#### **1. Marketing Messages – MM Lite API Integration**

To improve message delivery and engagement, we have integrated **Meta’s MM Lite API**.\
Users can now choose between:

* **Advanced Mode** – Powered by MM Lite for better reach and timing
* **Standard Mode** – Default delivery behavior

#### **3. CleverTap Integration – Track URL Button Clicks**

We have improved the integration with CleverTap by allowing **URL click tracking** for campaigns triggered from CleverTap.

To track clicks:

* Enable **Template Track Check** while creating the template in Gallabox
* In CleverTap, enable **Provider Click Tracking**
