ViaSocket Integration Added ViaSocket is now available under the Integrations section. Clicking it navigates users to ViaSocket’s official setup page.
KONDESK Integration Added KONDESK has also been added to the Integration list. Users will be redirected to KONDESK’s official setup page.
To improve message delivery and engagement, we have integrated Meta’s MM Lite API. Users can now choose between:
Advanced Mode – Powered by MM Lite for better reach and timing
Standard Mode – Default delivery behavior
⚠️ MM Lite is currently available only for Meta direct accounts.
We have improved the integration with CleverTap by allowing URL click tracking for campaigns triggered from CleverTap.
To track clicks:
Enable Template Track Check while creating the template in Gallabox
In CleverTap, enable Provider Click Tracking
⚠️ Click tracking will not work if either of the above options is disabled.
