Conversation Resolution – Category Limit Increased to 35
We have expanded the number of categories you can assign when resolving a conversation.
Previously, the system allowed a maximum of 20 categories, which restricted classification options.
With this update, the limit has been increased to 35, giving teams more flexibility to tag and organize resolved conversations for better reporting and insights.
