# 17 May: Increased Limit for Conversation Resolve Categories

**Conversation Resolution – Category Limit Increased to 35**

We have expanded the number of categories you can assign when resolving a conversation.\
Previously, the system allowed a maximum of **20 categories**, which restricted classification options.\
With this update, the limit has been **increased to 35**, giving teams more flexibility to tag and organize resolved conversations for better reporting and insights.
