# 19 November: Lead Pipeline Management

We have introduced a new Lead Pipeline feature to help sales teams track their leads more easily.

What does this feature do?

1. It helps you see where each lead is in your sales process.
2. You can create different stages (for example: New Lead → Contacted → Follow-up → Negotiation → Won/Lost).
3. You can clearly mark when a lead is won or lost, and at which stage it happened.
4. This helps you understand how your sales team is performing and where leads drop off.

Step-by-step guide on how to use:

1. A default pipeline called “Sales Pipeline” is already set up for you.
2. Each lead will move through different stages inside this pipeline.
3. When you update a lead, you simply change its stage — for example, from New to Contacted.
4. When the lead is finished, choose whether it is Won or Lost.
5. The system automatically records the final stage where the lead was won or lost.
6. You can view all leads and their stages to understand your overall sales progress.
