15 October: Broadcast Enhancement
Retry for broadcasts is now turned on by default (Smart Retry is the default), and the same retry logic is added to MM Lite marketing broadcasts. Users can still turn retry off or change settings.
Key Changes:
In new broadcasts, the “Enable Broadcast Retry” option is switched on by default. Smart Retry is the default retry method.
When you click Send broadcast, the system will ask (validation) for the date range for retries.
MM Lite marketing broadcasts (Advanced Mode) now also support retry logic, matching Standard Mode behavior. Smart Retry is enabled by default for MM Lite too.
In all cases, users can still turn retry off or select Manual Retry / change delivery mode if they prefer.
Step-by-step: Sending a broadcast (what a user will see & do)
Create your broadcast as usual (select audience, template, message).
Notice: “Enable Broadcast Retry” will already be checked. The retry method will show Smart Retry by default.
Click Send broadcast. A validation pop-up will appear asking you to pick the date range for retries — choose the days you want retries to run.
If you don’t want retries, uncheck Enable Broadcast Retry before sending.
If you prefer manual control, change the retry option from Smart to Manual in the same panel.

Step-by-step: Sending an MM Lite marketing broadcast
In MM Lite “Advanced Mode”, create your marketing broadcast.
You will now see the retry option (Smart/Manual) in the UI — Smart is selected by default.
If needed, change Delivery mode (Advanced vs Standard) or turn retry off.
Set the retry date range when you send (same validation step as other broadcasts).

Example A — Default flow: You send a broadcast; Smart Retry will automatically try again for contacts who didn’t get the message, during the date range you picked.
Example B — No retry: Before sending, uncheck Enable Broadcast Retry → system will not attempt retries.
