We’ve made the Template Library clearer and easier to use when you’re creating or selecting message templates.

Open the Template Library.
Use the Status filter to choose: All, Approved, Pending, or Rejected templates.
Use the Category filter to choose: Marketing, Utility, or Authentication templates.
Select the template you want and continue creating or sending messages.
