14 November: MM Lite,Meta Rate Limit

New Features:

We’ve improved goal tracking in sequences by allowing success/failure tracking for the final step. You can now enable or disable MM Lite directly from your WhatsApp Channel settings with a simple toggle. Meta’s new rate limit rules can be updated instantly by clicking the Sync button in your Channel page.

Better Goal Tracking in Sequences (Final Step Fix)

What was the problem earlier?

The last step of a sequence didn’t update the success or failure results correctly in reports.

What’s fixed now?

You can now mark the final step as “Success” or “Failure,” and it will show properly in your reports.

Step-by-step guide on how to use:

  1. Open your Sequence.

  2. Go to the final step.

  3. Choose whether this step should count as a Success or Failure.

  4. You’ll see a banner at the bottom explaining that this enables Goal Tracking.

  5. By default, the system will track the goal for 1 day after the step runs.

  6. You can increase the tracking period up to 7 days, if needed.

MM Lite – Easy On/Off Toggle in Channel Settings

What’s new? You can now turn MM Lite on or off directly from your WhatsApp Channel settings.

What this means

● If MM Lite is ON, all messages (bot, sequence, broadcast, and manual messages) will go through MM Lite.

● If MM Lite is OFF, messages will use the Cloud API instead.

Step-by-step guide on how to use:

  1. Go to Settings → WhatsApp Channel → Channel Configure.

  2. Look for the MM Lite toggle.

  3. Turn it ON if you want all messages to go through MM Lite.

  4. Turn it OFF if you want messages to go through Cloud API.

Default behavior

● Existing users who already have MM Lite permission → toggle will be OFF by default.

● New users who get MM Lite during onboarding → toggle will be ON by default.

● If you don’t have MM Lite permission → you will see an Enable button that takes you to Meta Business Manager to activate it.
