# 3 September : Retargeting Broadcasts
📢 New Feature: Retargeting Broadcasts
We’ve introduced Retargeting Broadcasts to help you get better results from your marketing campaigns.
With this feature, you can:
1. Reach users who didn’t read your previous broadcast.
2. Re-engage users who didn’t click on any links.
3. Follow up with users who engaged positively (opened, clicked, or replied).
4. Retry sending messages for failed leads.
This gives you more flexibility to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time, helping boost engagement and conversions.
Steps to follow:
1. Visit the Broadcast section in your Gallabox account.
2. Click on the broadcast list for which you’d like to trigger the Re-target. (Re-target button will be enabled only if the original broadcast has been completed.)
3. Click on the status for which you’d like to re-target broadcast. For example, “Delivered not replied”, “Read”, “Failed” leads.
4. Choose the template for the re-targeted broadcast.
5. Edit the variables as per your preference, click on confirm to activate the re-target. You may schedule the re-targeted broadcast as per your convenience.
