New Features:

● You can now merge the same customer’s conversations from WhatsApp, Instagram, and Web Chat into one single contact profile.

● Customers can also call your business on WhatsApp, and an AI voice agent will automatically answer these calls.

● All incoming calls can be tracked by Admins and Owners for better visibility

1. Merge Contacts Across Different Channels

What’s new? You can now merge the same customer who contacts you on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Web Chat into one single profile.

What this means for you

● All messages from different channels are combined into one contact.

● Tags, details, and past conversations are not lost.

● You’ll see all conversations together when you search for that contact.

⚠️ Note: Merging contacts from the same channel is not allowed.

2. WhatsApp Voice Calls with AI (Powered by ElevenLabs)

What’s new? Customers can now call your business on WhatsApp, and an AI voice agent will answer the call.

How it works (Step-by-Step)

  1. Admin sets up calling in Channel Settings.

  2. Add the ElevenLabs API key and select an AI agent.

  3. Turn on WhatsApp calling.

  4. Customers will see a call icon and can call your business.

What happens during a call

● Only incoming calls are supported.

● When a customer calls, the AI agent answers and talks based on the instructions you’ve given.

● The call appears in the Incoming Calls section for Admins and Owners to track.
