# 10 September : Control contacts and Invoice Reminder

New Features:

Users can now control which contacts are visible by setting permissions to view all contacts or only the ones they own.

&#x20;

Partner accounts will now see a banner reminder when there are unpaid invoices. Partners can click Pay Now to view and pay all pending invoices for both parent and child accounts in one place.

●      Some users can see all contacts.

●      Other users can see only the contacts they own (contacts assigned to them).

#### How it works (Step-by-Step) <a href="#kcm7kemv3m7a" id="kcm7kemv3m7a"></a>

1. An Admin goes to Roles & Permissions.
2. They choose a user role.
3. They select one of the options:

○      View all contacts, or

○      View only owned contacts.

4. Users will now see contacts based on this setting.

Partners will now see a reminder banner if there are any unpaid invoices.

●      When you log in as a Partner, a banner appears at the top if payments are pending.

●      A “Pay Now” button is shown in the banner.\ <br>

1. Log in to your Partner Account.
2. If there are unpaid invoices, a banner appears at the top.
3. Click “Pay Now”.
4. You’ll be taken to a payment page showing:\ <br>

○      Child account subscription invoices

○      Parent account subscription invoices\
Parent account message credit invoices

5. Review the invoices and complete the payment.
