November 24: New Dashboard Analytics V2 (Beta)

New Dashboard Analytics V2 (Beta)

What’s new (in simple words):

  1. You can now see your conversation numbers with percentage comparisons to understand whether things are going up or down.

  2. Each chart or analytics view can be downloaded as its own report.

  3. A new heatmap shows which hours of the day get the most conversations.

Step-by-step guide on how to use it:

  1. Press CTRL + K on your keyboard.

  2. Type “dashboard”.

  3. Open Dashboard Analytics V2 from the search results.

  4. View your charts, heatmap, and comparison numbers.

  5. Click Download on any chart if you want a detailed report.

Restrict Template Sending in Inbox (Role-Based Control)

What’s this feature? Admins can now hide template-message options for specific user roles.

Why it helps: Useful when you want only certain people (like Owners/Admins) to send templates, while others can only send normal messages.

Step-by-step guide on how to enable it:

  1. Go to Settings → Users & Roles.

  2. Choose the role you want to restrict.

  3. Turn ON the toggle: “Restrict the ability to send templates in the inbox.”

  4. For that role:

○ All template options will disappear.

○ They can still send normal messages if the 24-hour window is open.

  1. Owners and other unrestricted roles will continue to see all template options.

Inbox Replies Allowed Even When Credits Are Zero

What is changing?

Previously, users couldn’t reply in the inbox if message credits were zero. Now, replies are allowed as long as the customer messaged within the last 24 hours.

Simple explanation:

● Inside 24 hours: You can reply normally, even with 0 credits.

● Outside 24 hours: You must recharge credits before replying.

How it works (Step-by-Step):

  1. Open the conversation in the Inbox.

  2. If the customer messaged you within 24 hours:

○ You can type and send a normal message.

○ Templates are still restricted if credits are zero.

  1. If more than 24 hours passed:

○ A message will appear asking you to recharge your credits before you can reply.
